I see faces....

Carving at a frenzied rate to make sure I am ready for Christmas! There is a big difference in production crafting and artistic creation. I have one MILLION ideas to try, develop, and create. The time I need is not currently available however so the quest to get to that place; the place where I carve all day every day, that quest keeps me creating these lovely little old men, Santas and woodspirits, with the promise of bigger things to come. The beautiful part is that I never tire of revealing their little faces. Always a pleasant surprise, the process still thrills me. That and having such a beautiful place to work makes me a very lucky carverchick. So the faces keep rolling out. :)
